1989 Chevy Astro Van
only 109,000 miles
 

Was parked since my  accident in January of 2006 and after sitting for all this time it started right up and runs like new.  has new Bosch alternator.  Too bad I can't afford to continue repairing it.  I want to keep this van but I can't afford more repairs, insurance and registration and all that.  So I am forced to sell at a sacrifice.  Good fixer-upper project.  clean title in my name. I was asking $450

Do not waste my time offering to tow it for free.  You'll just piss me off.  Do not offer me a tax-deduction for donation. I only take cash.

When I say "driveable" I mean you can drive it a little bit in a parking lot.  it is not safe for driving on public roads.  the wheels are way out of alignment. I had a body and fender guy look at it and he said it would need control arms.  I had another repair guy look at it and he said the sub-frame was bent.

I towed it all the way up to my new address in Mohegan Lake NY at the cost of $100,  based on the belief that I had a mechanic lined up who said he could fix it.    As it turns out, he could not. so now, I am still stuck with it,  and still looking for someone who either wants  it to fix it up or can use the parts.
